Big Top Bouncies provides bounce house rentals, water slide rentals, inflatable games,obstacle courses, dunk tanks, tents, tables and chairs, concessions, and other event and party equipment rental services in the Dawson, Texas area and surrounding communities.

• Non-Marketing Messages: Booking confirmations, reservation reminders, delivery notifications, event day logistics, and service notifications from Big Top Bouncies.

• Marketing Messages: Special offers, discounts, coupon codes, and service updates from Big Top Bouncies.

You are responsible for ensuring that the setup area is safe, accessible, and meets the requirements specified by Big Top Bouncies at the time of reservation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Big Top Bouncies shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of rented equipment. Users assume all risk associated with the use of inflatable equipment and party rental items. Big Top Bouncies is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse, failure to follow safety guidelines, or acts of nature.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Big Top Bouncies, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or equipment.

7. Changes to Terms
